We are more than just a gaming platform. vcity8 is a community built on trust, security, and a passion for delivering the best experience to every member in Malaysia.
Vcity8 was founded in 2019 with one clear goal: to build an online gaming platform genuinely designed for Malaysian users. Not a platform simply translated from another language, not one whose payment methods fail to meet local needs, and not one whose customer support does not understand the culture and expectations of users here.
From day one, the vcity8 team has focused on three core principles — uncompromising security, a seamless user experience, and real value for every ringgit our members invest. These are not just marketing slogans; they are the foundation of every decision we make in building and operating this platform.
Today, vcity8 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platforms, with over 100,000 active members who continue to support our journey. Yet despite this rapid growth, we have never forgotten our roots — a small team with a genuine drive to build something different and better for Malaysian users.

Since day one, vcity8 has never treated profit as its sole purpose. We believe a truly great platform should deliver real value to its users — and that value takes many forms. It means trustworthy security, fair gameplay, friendly service, and an overall experience that is enjoyable without unnecessary worry.
Vcity8 takes responsible gaming seriously. We understand that for some people, gaming activity may need to be managed more carefully. That is why our platform provides a range of self-management tools such as daily deposit limits, weekly betting limits, and the option to temporarily suspend an account when needed. Our support team is also trained to identify and assist members who need guidance on responsible gaming.
We believe fun should not come at too high a price. vcity8 actively encourages members to set realistic gaming budgets and to treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income. The Responsible Gaming we provide detailed guides and support resources for anyone who needs them.
All games offered at vcity8 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by accredited independent international testing bodies. This ensures every slot spin, every card hand, and every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including vcity8 itself.
The return-to-player (RTP) rate for every game on vcity8 is displayed transparently within each game's information section. We do not hide this data because we believe players deserve to know what they are getting into when choosing a game. This openness is part of the vcity8 culture, and that will never change.
