1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by vcity8 (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any feature of the Platform, you fully accept these Terms.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

Vcity8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Fraud or attempted fraud against the platform or other users.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Account closure requested by the user.

When an account is terminated due to a violation, vcity8 reserves the right to hold any remaining funds in that account pending the completion of an investigation. For voluntary terminations requested by the user, eligible remaining funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

9 Liability Limit

In cases where vcity8 is found liable for any claim, vcity8's liability is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user within 30 days prior to the incident in question.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
